Luna Zorro Creative Retreat

Gaia Riverlodge, Belize

Hosted by Molly Berry & Silvana Vanfretti

A four-night creative retreat based on the Five Sisters Waterfall in Belize, created for founders, designers and makers, as well as anyone who wants to step away and return to community and remember the value of creativity.

Hosted by Molly Berry, Founder of Luna Zorro, in collaboration with Silvana Vanfretti, Wellness Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher - this experience is intentionally slower than our other journeys and focuses on a creative reset in nature versus moving through bustling city scapes.

We’ll be staying at Gaia RiverLodge based within the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve in the Cayo District of Belize. Gaia also happens to be a place very close to Molly’s heart and is a property that she has spent a lot of time and energy consulting on for interior and experiential design.

During your stay, accommodations, all activities, and all meals are included, allowing the week to feel seamless and peaceful.

This retreat is for creatively driven women who value community and reflection, and for those who feel ready for a meaningful reset.

Meet Silvana Vanfretti

Silvana I. Vanfretti is a Guatemalan–Italian yoga and wellness facilitator, creative guide and eternal student of the wise heart. She and Molly met in Antigua nearly 6 years ago and have a shared love of community, creativity, yoga and travel.

For over a decade, Silvana has taught internationally and online, weaving together Creative Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, Restorative, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and energy healing.

Her work is rooted in curiosity, devotion and the belief that creation is ceremony. Whether guiding movement, stillness, or deep rest, Silvana holds space that welcomes wholeness  inviting you to feel, breathe and remember who you are beneath the surface.

She teaches in Antigua Guatemala and shares globally through retreats, trainings and online.

Itinerary Details

Each journey is shaped by the people who join it.

While the essence of the experience stays the same, some details may shift depending on the group—leaving space for spontaneity, creative energy, and flow.

  • Arrive in Belize City where you’ll be picked up by private transport and brought to the beautiful Gaia Riverlodge.

In the evening we’ll gather for a welcome drink and sunset activity as a way to arrive properly, not just physically but mentally too.

    Dinner together at the hotel.

  • We’ll begin our day with a morning session of soft flow yoga and journaling as we set intentions for the trip. Breakfast on the deck will follow.

Time to wander the property, hike with a local guide explore the organic gardens or swim in the Five Sister waterfall until lunch, and just enjoy the surrounding nature.

In the afternoon we’ll move into our first creative session. Molly will guide a personal creative practice - a moment to reflect, reset, and mark the intentions and ideas you’re carrying into the weekend.

Drinks and dinner at the hotel.

  • After breakfast, we’ll head to a local women’s co-op where we’ll attend a very cool ceramics workshop, trying our hand at the wheel and also with hand shaping clay. Enjoy and open fire lunch while cooking together making local Belizean cusine alongside the best cooks in town.

Once back at the hotel, take time to swim in the waterfalls, read, journal, or hike. In the late afternoon, we’ll gather again for a breath work session workshop and simple exercises designed to reconnect you to your creativity.

Sunset drinks and dinner on the hotel deck.

  • We’ll begin with an early yoga session for those who want to join followed by breakfast. Next, we’ll partake in a tea making workshop in the hotel’s organic gardens.

We’ll head out for lunch and a guided nature excursion - river kayaking (easy and simple), time on the water while being outside and together in nature.

In the early evening, we’ll gather for a sunset meditation with Silvana to check in and reflect on the week.

Our final dinner together at the hotel.

  • This curated trip is considered a luxurious, boutique travel experience. Not super high-end, but definitely not budget travel.

We care deeply about how we invest in tourism and aim to work with hotels, restaurants and partners who have a positive social impact and a true understanding of how to take care of clients.

We set high expectations for hospitality and how we can support our clients to have a deeply authentic, thoughtful, safe and fun trip. We love great style and design but we also get excited about off-the-beaten-path experiences that are super unique and which aren’t always perfectly polished or cookie cutter.
