Luna Zorro Studio is hosting an in-person Mini Floor Loom Weaving Workshop on Saturday 27 September from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
Led by Doña Lidia, one of our partner artisans, you’ll learn the basics of hand weaving and create your own woven textile to take home.
We’ll pause midway for a lunch break (please note that lunch is not provided, though there are various local food options at La Finca Azotea, where the studio is located).
All materials are included, and the workshop runs about four hours including the break time.
Location: Luna Zorro Stuido, Finca La Azotea 1ra. Calle y 1ra. Avenida, Zona 3, Jocotenango, Antigua Guatemala 03001
Please note: this workshop requires a minimum of 6 participants to move forward. If the minimum is not met, we will refund all reservations in full and let you know as soon as possible.
We are extremely proud that 1% of our annual sales is donated to the incredible organization. Every Mother Counts, which seeks to ensure that childbirth is safe, respectful, and equitable for everyone, everywhere.
A further 1% supports Pro Eco Azuero, a nonprofit working to preserve biodiversity and promote sustainable land use in Panama through community-led conservation and reforestation efforts.
